Meet the Team

Lucy joined the Old Clayton team in June 2015 having moved back to the UK after eight years living abroad. After working in the kennels for six months she moved to Barking Success and loves it here. Lucy has always been around dogs and has two of her own. In her previous career Lucy groomed Show Jumping horses competing at top level. Since moving back to the UK Lucy decided she wanted to work with dogs on a professional level. Lucy has many years experience in different areas of animal care and has completed a Canine First Aid course.

Ellie has always loved animals, she got her first dog Wade when she was only three years old! When Ellie left school she studied at Plumpton for two years achieving a National Diploma in Animal Management, a Level 2 qualification in grooming and a NVQ Level 2 in Canine Behavior. In 2013 Ellie started working in the kennels whilst studying for her foundation degree in Agriculture. When she completed this Ellie began working full time in the kennels before making the move over to Barking Success at the end of 2016. She is proving to be a great member of the Team.

James has a number of qualifications from Plumpton Collage in Animal Management and has previously worked in other dog day-cares. James' passion for dogs is plain to see and they all adore spending time with him. We are lucky to have him as part of the Barking Success Team!
